Wedding Mini Lights, *0 lights on white cord

I am searching for frosted or white mini-lights suitable for weddings and special occassions.
Particulars:
- 40 - 50 little lights per string
- White cord
- low minimum quantity. I only need approx. 30 - 40 sets.
- appropriate for weddings and special occassions
- reasonable shipping charges.
- MUST be received by Oct. 30th
- low cost. Approx. $2.00 per set maximum.
- These lights don't require the additional plug at the opposite end so that additional lights can be attached. I will only be removing that plug section anyways, so without the plug at all would be much better for me and save me some time.

these lights are required for a lighting product that I am manufacturing for upcoming Chirstmas sales. As my shows are beginning in November, I am in a rush to find these lights. If anyone has them, I'd love to hear from you. If you know where I might be able to find them, I'd love to hear from you as well.

Time is running out and I am becoming desperate for these lights. I've even been to all the local dollar stores and they won't have any until the middle of November, but they will be gettint them, so if they are getting them in, I know that they are available somewhere.
